Joe was a very kind and funny man. He was my roulette teacher. He helped me out alot in class and out of class. Whenever I had a problem with anything he always had the best solution. We have lost a truly wonderful man.

Got to know Joe in South Pacific at OCP in 1988. It was our first show together there. He also met his wife Katie then in the same show. Through the years, did several other shows with him, drank a lot of beers with him watching NU football games, lots of birthday parties, and just hanging out...We also shared our pain and joys with the opposite sex (too "deep"???)...Anyways, as all others have stated - will miss you Joseph. Love ya lots. Jim

I was lucky enough to know Joe from many productions at the OCP. I also worked for him at Absolutley Fresh Seafood-West in college. I will never forget his kind heart and tenderness, as well as his laughter. He was a giving soul and cared for everyone he came into contact with. You will be missed Joe! -Kristl

When people ask me what kind of man Joe was, I tell them actions always speak louder than words. I tell them every day for a year in 2000 he picked his godson Dylan (son of Sharon Fann)up from kindergarten, took him to lunch, and then to daycare. Every day. Joe loved his friends as equally as they loved him. He was loyal, smart, funny, and a million other amazing things. I was blessed to have known him. My deepest condolences to his family and friends.

To know Joe was to know true kindness, true love of life, and caring for his family, friends and collegues. The things I will remember most of Joe are his constant smile, his sense of humor, his undying patience, and how much he cared about other people.I have truly been blessed to have Joe as my friend. I will miss him.
