Jane and Family - Our thoughts are with you at this time. My sincere condolences to you on the passing of your father.

I belonged to the Up and Cuming 4-H group with Joan and Jane but I was a little younger. Mildred was one of our leaders when I first started. Your folks always went out of their way to say hello to me when I was visiting at Grace or anytime I would see them on the street. It always meant a lot to me. You have my deepest sympathy on the loss of your father.

Jane and family - We are so sorry to hear about the loss of your dad. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Harold & Mildred were our neighbors when they lived on the farm. I remember fondly, getting to visit them for eggs. They were always so wonderful to my brother and myself. Sometimes when the grandkids came, we got to go visit for part of the day. That was a real treat as there were few neighbor kids to play with on the farm and they treated us as family. Mildred even made marshmallow and saltine treats which were great.Even though I am much older now and have a child of my own, I pray that he will have the opportunity to build such wonderful relationships and fond memories with others as I was able to with Harold and Mildred. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers and they are both greatly missed.

Dear Bob,John,Joan,Jane and Families,I was saddened to hear about the loss of Harold. I just found out this a.m. Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend the visitation nor the funeral as we will be out of town. Harold and Mildred will always have a special place in my heart.
