I loved my Dad very much, and I'm going to miss him terribly. I'd like to mention just a few things about him that helped make him even more special to me. Delano Norquist was dedicated to his children and a incredibly hard worker, and I believe part of why I developed such a strong work ethics myself, is because of the model that he demonstrated. However, in spite of his hard work, my dad still made sure to make time for us, taking us to get candy on Saturday afternoons so we would have it for our Saturday evening creature feature T.V show. As time passed and I became an adult, my dad and I continued to spend special time together. Whether it was taking a road trip to visit my grandma, or going to auctions and yard sales looking for treasures, anytime we spent together was enjoyable. Until we meet again Dad..... Love you forever, your daughter Diana

My dearest Grandpa, After a long life and a courageous battle, you decided it was time to rest. We are only left with memories that will forever have a place in our hearts. I will always remember you taking us grandkids to get a cherry dipped cone. We would happily sit in your old pickup enjoying our ice cream. You taught me how to shoot pool in your basement full of antiques you had collected. Showing you what gymnastics I had learned in your back yard. And how happy and excited I would get knowing you were coming to visit us. Thank you for spending some of the Thanksgiving’s and Christmas’s with us. So many loving memories from such a special man. I am so thankful that my children got to spend time with their Great Grandpa. You always had a twinkle in your eye watching them. As much as you will be missed, you are home with those who left our Earth before you. Thank you for being a dad to my mom, grandpa to me and a great grandpa to m chiodren

My dear brother has joined many family members and friends in the realm of our memories . Through the joys and struggles of a long life, his commitment to family remained unwavering, so his spirit now takes on the role of guiding his family in the days ahead. May he rest in peace. Alma Zimmerman
