I am so grateful that I was able to share many moments with Wilma. I often brought my cat, Butterscotch, to the memory care unit when I visited my dad. Wilma just lit up when I would hold him close for her to enjoy. She was always ready to give him a treat and snuggle. She shared such a gift of joy and delight with her love. During weekly Bible sharing I often tell animal stories. Cat stories always brought Wilma into the conversation with her infectious smile and interest. Surely her heaven must include great rejoicing (and gentle cats!)
May you all be blessed during this time of transition. Thanks for sharing Wilma!

Joan and Family,
So sorry to hear about your mom, it was so great to see you in Omaha a few weeks ago, and hear how the family had all gotten together recently. My thoughts and prayers are with you--you have a lovely angel looking over you at all times. Hugs sent your way!

Joan-Just wanted to let you know I was sorry to hear about your mother, but 91 years of wonderful family memories is an awesome comfort in the days ahead. I lost my dad suddenly March 8th and it has been so extremely hard, but there are worse things than death. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family! May God give you strength! Hi Joan, so sorry to hear about your Mom. I got to see your Mom in recent years when I was in Dodge. She was good company for my mother and both your folks were wonderful people. I will never forget when we had the Bohemian dinner in your folks basement as a class event. Food was wonderful and the your folks were so kind to let us all in. I hope you are doing well. At this time, I hope you are comforted knowing that your Mom is with our Savior Jesus Christ. Take care, Sheri
