William W. “Bill” Nesladek, 73, of West Point died Monday, March 30, 2009, at St. Francis Memorial Hospital in West Point. Memorial Mass will be 10:30 am. Saturday April 4, 2009 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Reverend Gerald Gonderinger as celebrant. Burial will be at St. Michael’s Cemetery. Wake with Knights of Columbus Rosary will be 7:30 pm. Friday at St. Mary’s Church. Memorial visitation will be 9:00 am. until 5:00 pm. Friday at Stokely Funeral Home and then continue at the church. He was a 1953 graduate of North Bend High School. On June 23, 1962, he married Theresa Marie Reeson at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in West Point. The couple farmed near West Point since 1963. Bill was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, and formerly served on the St. Charles Township Board. Bill enjoyed farming, socializing and traveling. Survivors include his wife, Theresa, of West Point, sons Daniel (Paula), Kenneth and David all of West Point, daughter Karen Nesladek of Lexington, Kentucky, grandchildren Dustin and Heather Nesladek, sisters Dolores (Art) Bose of North Bend and Joyce (Jack) Veskerna of San Diego, California. He is preceded in death by his parents, and grandson, Jeremy Nesladek in 1992. Stokely Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
