Victoria L. “Vicky” Molle, 82, of Snyder, died September 26, 2009 at St. Francis Memorial Hospital in West Point. Funeral Mass will be 10:30 am. Tuesday at St. Leo Catholic Church in Snyder with Reverend Don Cleary as celebrant. Burial will be in the St. Leo’s Cemetery. Wake services will be 7:00 pm. Monday at St. Leo’s Catholic Church in Snyder. Visitation will be 2:00 pm. until 8:00 pm. Monday at St. Leo’s with family present starting at 5:00 pm. Memorials may be made to St. Leo’s Church or local Cancer charity events. Vicky was born December 31, 1926 on the family farm in Pleasant Valley Township in Dodge County, Nebraska to Joseph W. and Helena Becker Emanuel. She attended rural schools and graduated from Dodge High School with the class of 1944. Vicky lived and worked in Omaha for a few years following graduation. On February 1, 1953, Vicky married Dwain Molle in West Point. The couple lived in Snyder where Vicky kept books for the family business, Molle Building and Remodeling. Vicky was a member of St. Leo’s Catholic Church, Guild, Christian Mothers and was a CCD teacher. She had been a member of the VFW Auxiliary andserved on the Snyder Election Board for many years. Vicky was a life long avid sports fan, especially Nebraska Football. Survivors include her husband Dwain, residing at St. Joseph’s Retirement Community in West Point, sons Dan (Kathy) of Fremont and Scott (KimberlyMlnarik) of Norfolk, daughters Nancy (Jerry) Klein of Concord, Ohio, and Marla (Dave) Prenzlow of Snyder, grandchildren Joshua and Alexis Klein, Amy and Jenna Molle, Nathan (Christy) Prenzlow, and Jamiee (Drew) Santin, great grandchild Campbell Wessels, brother Eugene (Elsie) Emanuel of Dodge, sisters-in-law Mildred Emanuel of North Bend, Olivia Emanuel of West Point, and Elvera Molle of Omaha. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers Francis, Joseph, Vincent, Herman and Ralph, sisters Mary Scheppers, Edith Emanuel, and Phyllis Baumert.
