Thomas E. Weimer, 60, died Saturday, June 13, 2026 at Boone County Health Center in Albion, NE.  Private family services will be held.  Arrangements by Stokely Funeral Home.

Thomas Eugene Weimer was born December 20, 1965 in Bad Kissingen, Germany to Tommy Jene Scott and Karen Papstein. Thomas lived most of his life in Lincoln, Nebraska under special care, due to his mental illness. The remainder of his life was spent living at Arbor Care Center in Fullerton, NE.

Tom found joy in listening to rock music, watching WWE wrestling every week and playing bingo at the Care Center.  He had an artistic side and loved to draw.

Tom is survived by his mother, Karen Bailey; brothers, Gerald Papstein of Plankenfels, Germany, Michael Weimer of Gore, Virginia, Charles Weimer, Jr of Uehling, NE, and Brian Bailey of Rio Verde, Arizona.

Tom is preceded in death by Tommy Jene Scott (Father), Charles Weimer, Sr. (Stepfather), and Carroll Bailey (Stepfather).
