Robert A. Jensen, 72, of West Point, died, March 13, 2010, at his home. Memorial services will be 11:00 am. Wednesday at Stokely Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Nora Mendyk officiating. A luncheon will follow at Trinity Church. Memorials may be directed to the family. Robert was born May 3, 1937 in Minneapolis, MN to Richard and Louise Palowitz Jensen. He grew up in South St. Paul and graduated from high school there. He worked at Swift and 3M, and for 40 years worked as a mason. On March 15, 1980, he married Delene Bremmer in Mexico. Robert enjoyed golf and ice and fresh water fishing, He was an avid Minnesota Vikings and Twins fan and always watched the Kentucky Derby. He was a bowler and a hockey player. Survivors include his wife Delene “Dee” Jensen of West Point, step children Rick Bremmer of West Point, Randy Bremmer of Fort Collins, CO, Sherry Westerman of West Point, and Debra Littleton of Denison, IA, son and daughter Robby and Penny, sister Jane Evans of Colorado Springs, CO and brother Richard of South St. Paul, MN, 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
