Pauline M. Renner, 91, of Dodge, formerly of Aloys and Bella Vista, AR, died Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at Parkview Nursing Home in Dodge. Funeral Mass will be 10:30 am. Saturday at St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Aloys. Wake Services will be 7:00 Friday at Stokely Funeral Home in West Point. Graveside services will occur at Bella Vista, AR on Monday. Memorials may be made to St. Aloysius Cemetery or Guardian Angels or Central Catholic Endowments. Visitation will be 9:00 am. until 8:00 pm. on Friday at Stokely Funeral Home which is in charge of arrangements. Pauline was born September 7, 1920 at rural West Point, NE to Ferdinand and Theresa (Stratman) Ernesti and grew up in the Aloys, NE area and attended St. Aloysius Catholic School. On November 28, 1945 she married Leonard G. Renner at St. Aloysius Catholic Church. They farmed 1 mile west of Aloys, where they raised 10 children. In 1975, they retired to Bella Vista, AR where Pauline worked a couple of years at Walmart. Leonard preceded her in death on August 13, 1994. In 2009, Pauline moved to Dodge, NE and resided at Parkview Home. Pauline was a former member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church at Aloys and a founding member of St. Bernard Catholic Church in Bella Vista, AR. She was a hospice volunteer, enjoyed golfing and arts and crafts. Survivors include five daughters; Eileen (Steve) Brodie of Omaha, NE., Loretta (Arnold) Baker of Kansas City, MO., Cynthia Schlecht of Peoria, AZ., Mary Renner of Prescott Valley, AZ., nancy (Roy) Hunter of Rogers, AR.; two sons; Robert (Joleen) Renner of West Point, NE., Warren (Rebecca) Renner of North Bend, nineteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Pauline was preceded in death by her husband Leonard Renner, daughter; Sister Joan Renner on September 21, 2006; sons; William Renner on May 17, 1991 and James Renner on June 8, 2004, greatgranddaughter, Jayde Deterding on July 8, 2010; her parents; brothers; Joseph Ernesti, Henry Ernesti, Casper Ernesti, and Bernard Ernesti, andsisters; Elizabeth Neesen and Theresa Kluthe.
