Ottelia C. Lohmeyer, 90, of West Point, died August 28, 2008 at West Point Living Center. Services will be 10:30 am. Tuesday at St. Paul Lutheran Church with Reverend Richard Bringewatt officiating. Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery. Visitation will be 9:00 am. until 8:00 pm. Monday at Stokely Funeral with family present 6:00 pm. until 8:00 pm. Memorials may be made in her name. Ottelia was born February 9, 1918 at West Point to Emil and Clara Furchert KuesterShe attended West Point Public school. She worked a short while at Ulrich Company, then, on November 1, 1946 she married John Lohmeyer in Lincoln. Ottelia lived as a homemaker. Ottelia was a member of St. Paul Lutheran. Survivors include a daughter Janelle Lohmeyer of Dodge, son Johnnie Lohmeyer, of Phoenix, AZ, grandchildren Laurie Schulzkump, Louis (Shawnelle) Schulzkump, and Lonnie Schulzkump, great grandchildren Taylor and LaToya Herrera, Micaela and Kiya Tornez. She is preceded in death by her husband, John, in November of 2006, grandchildren Lucas and Tina.
