Funeral services will be 10:30 am Thursday at Grace Lutheran Church with Reverend Christian Meier officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery. Visitation will be Noon to 8 pm Wednesday with family receiving friends from 6 pm to 8 pm at Stokely Funeral Home which is in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be directed to the Boy Scouts. Myrtle Faye Webb was born December 1, 1931 in West Point, NE to Levi and Minnie (Otto) Sila. She graduated from West Point High School in 1950 and was a life-long resident of West Point. Prior to her marriage, Myrt worked at Omaha Cold Storage. In February 1951, Myrtle married Jim Webb in Fremont, NE. She then became a housewife and loving mother to her children. Myrt was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, West Point Eagles Club and was involved with Cub Scouts. She was a skilled seamstress and enjoyed baking and working with the Cub Scouts. She is survived by her husband, Jim of West Point; son Levi (Helen) Webb of West Point; daughters Susan Cockerham of Sioux Falls, SD, Linda (Dwayne) Pearson of West Point and Sandra (Keith) Schlueter of Tulsa, OK; brothers Dean (Marilyn) Sila of Melbourne, IA and Russell (Joannie) Sila of Norfolk, NE; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; infant son Johnnie; brother Duane Sila; grandsons Matthew Webb and Marcus Lierman; great-grandsons Matthew Hansen.
