Wilhelmine A. “Minnie” Kloke Rizzo, 99, of Fremont, died January 13, 2006 at Nye Point Nursing Facility in Fremont. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am. Monday at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church at St. Charles, west of West Point with Reverend Frank Lordemann as celebrant. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery. Visitation will be 11:00 am. until 8:00 pm. with Rosary at 7:00 pm. Sunday at Stokely Funeral Home in West Point. Memorials maybe made to St. Anthony’s Cemetery Endowment. Minnie was born December 20, 1906 on the family west of West Point at St. Charles to John and Anna Goeken Kloke. She attended school at St. Anthony’s school. On October 30, 1943 she married Joe Rizzo at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Milwaukee, WI. In the early years of marriage the lived on Chicago’s north side, eventually settling in Bellwood, IL. The couple retired to Fremont in the mid 1970’s. Minnie was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Fremont, St. Joan of Arc Circle, and past member of the Better Business Bureau. Survivors include her son Leonard Rizzo of Orlando, FL, sister Johanna Kloke of West Point, brother Herman Kloke of Hastings, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joe, February 16, 1991, sister Gertrude Uhing, brothers Henry, Anton, Lawrence, Joe, Frank, Ignatius, Rudy and Hugo Kloke.
