Matilda Catherine Peatrowsky, 78, of Louisville, formerly of West Point died February 3, 2007 at Methodist Hospital in Omaham.ass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am. Wednesday at St. Mary’s Catholic in West Point with Reverend Harold Buse as Celebrant. Catholic Daughters and Guild Rosary will be 1:30 pm. Tuesday and Public Wake Services will be 7:30 pm. Tuesday both at Stokely Funeral Home in West Point. Burial will be at St. Michael’s Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer’s Research or School Sisters of Saint Francis and their Ministry to the Poor. Visitation will be 9:00 am. until 8:00 pm. at Stokely Funeral Home. Those wishing to leave on line condolences may do so at www.stokelyfuneralhome.com. Matilda was born September 5, 1928 on the farm near Dodge in Cuming County to Leo and Kathryn Rolf Renner. She attended St. Aloysius Catholic School and graduated from Dodge Public High School. On April 13, 1948 she married Raymond Peatrowsky at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Dodge. The couple farmed near Bancroft in Cuming County moving into West Point in 1978 where Matilda worked as a cook at Guardian Angels Cafeteria. The couple moved to Lewisville in January of 2005 to the Lewisville Care Center. Survivors include daughters Diane (Bob) Farrens of Murrieta, CA, Donna Urbanski of Louisville, Janet (Michael) Weedman of Lincoln, and Jean (Terry) Poland of Dodge, sons Gary (Rosemary) Peatrowsky of Lincoln, and Dale (Beth) Peatrowsky of Omaha, sisters Frances Hassler of Dodge, and Mildred McNally of Schuyler, 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her sisters Leona Kluthe, Hildegard Hassler, and Pauline Renner, brother Leonard Renner and a son-in-law Bill Urbanski.
