Marian D. “Mickey” Sellentin 92, of West Point died Monday, March 20, at West Point Living Center. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am. Friday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in West Point with Reverend Gerald Gonderinger as Celebrant. A1:30 Rosary will be recited for theGuild, Christian Mothers and Catholic Daughters on Thursday with 7:00 pm. Public Wake services also on Thursday, both at Stokely Funeral Home. Burial will be at St. Michael’s Cemetery. Memorials may be made to John Stahl Library. Those wishing to leave online condolences may do so at www. Stokleyfuneralhome. Com Mickey was born November 16, 1913 at West Point to William and Dorthea VanAckeren Keller. She graduated from Guardian Angels Catholic School with the class of 1931. On June 6, 1935, she married Lester Sellentin at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in West Point. The couple made their home in West Point where Mickey enjoyed being a homemaker. Mickey was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Guild, Catholic Daughters, and Christian Mothers. She also sang in the Church Choir. Mickey was an avid walker, enjoyed knitting and crocheting and working in her flower garden. Survivors include daughters Dorothy Anderson of Lincoln and Mary (Dick) Yoest of Omaha, son Stephen (Tina) Sellentin of Leesburg, Virginia, grandchildren Brent Anderson, Kim Walker, Patrick, Thomas and David Devlin and 5 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lester, in October of 1983, sisters Ann Johnson, Veronica Kisling, Helen Austin, Margaret Fulton, Betty Dixon, Josephine Peterson, Florence Disher and Clara Welding, brothers John and Edward Keller.
