Emil James’Jim’ (Mr. T) Tresnak, 75, formerly of Dodge, NE, Chariton, IA and Grinnell, IA, died Monday, October 10, 2016 at his residence in Vinton from natural causes – probably his corny humor! A prayer service will be Tuesday, November 1 at 11:00am at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Dodge, NE. Burial with military honors will be at St. Wenceslaus Cemetery with lunch following at the church hall. Jim was born September 13, 1941 to Emil and Wilma Tresnak. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Vinton and the Knights of Columbus. He was a teacher, chaplain and small business owner. Jim served in the US Army and for many years served as the I. S. E. A. president. He is survived by his siblings, Sharon, Diane and Patti, and his children, Rick (Chris), Ryan (Patty), Tara (Ryan) and grandchildren.
