Caroline Schueth, 65, of West Point, died Friday December 2, 2011 in Lincoln. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 5th, at 10:30 am. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with burial at St. Michael’s Cemetery all in West Point. visitation will be held on Sunday, December 4th, from noon until 7 pm. at Stokely Funeral Home in West Point. There will be a Guild Rosary at 1:30 pm. & Wake Service at 7 pm. both at the funeral home. Stokely Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Caroline Marie Schueth was born April 1, 1946 at West Point to Ambrose and Bernice Stafford Schueth. She graduated from Central Catholic High School with the class of 1964. Caroline worked as a nurse aide at St. Francis Memorial Hospital and in dietary at West Point Living Center. Caroline lived a quiet life with her mother on the farm south east of West Point. She helped with house work and enjoyed her garden until moving to Lincoln in December of 2010. Caroline was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and guild. Survivors include her mother, Bernice of Lincoln, brothers Ray (Trudy) of Edgerton, WI and Larry (Cindy) of Lincoln, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, Ambrose in 1968 and brother Daniel in 1969.
