Betty Lou Going, 80, of West Point died June 10, 2006 at St. Francis Memorial Hospital. Services will be 10:30 am. Tuesday at Grace Lutheran Church with Reverend Carl Kramer officiating. Burial will be at Mount Hope. Visitation will be 1:00 pm. until 8:00 pm. Monday at Stokely Funeral Home with family present 5:00 until 7:00 pm. Memorials may be made to Grace Lutheran Church. She grew up in West Point and was a 1943 graduate of West Point Public High School. In March of 1945 she married Orville Going and the couple made their home in West Point. Betty worked as a receptionist for 25 years for Stover Chiropractic as a receptionist retiring in 1987. Betty was a member of Grace Lutheran, and several Auxiliaries. She had been a volunteer at the Living Center. Survivors include her son Dale (Connie) Going of Santa Rosa, CA, daughter in law Gloria Going of Santa Rosa, CA, granddaughters Cheri Rasmussen and Kelly Going, great granddaughters Linsey and Hailey Rasmussen. She is preceded in death by her husband, Orville, a son Rodney, sister Gail Brehmer, brothers Ross and Warren Dill.
