Beata Dorthea Dinslage, 91, of West Point, died February 16, 2006, at the St. Francis Memorial Hospital. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am. Monday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Reverend Gerald Gonderinger as celebrant. Guild and Christian Mother’s Rosary will be 1:30 pm. Sunday and Public Wake Services 7:00 pm. Sunday both at Stokely Funeral Home. Burial will be at St. Michael’s Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Central Catholic Endowment or Sunshine Senior Center. Visitation will be 11:00 am. until 8:00 pm. Sunday at Stokely Funeral Home. Those wishing to leave on line condolences may do so at www.stokelyfuneralhome.com. Beata was born November 5, 1914 on the farm west of West Point to John and Eliza Duemmel Doescher and attended Immanuel Lutheran School south of Beemer. On January 4, 1938, she married Bernard Dinslage at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Beemer. The couple lived in West Point. Following Bernard’s death, Beata worked at West Point Cleaners, as a dishwasher at the Vets Club and for a short time as a janitor for West Point Public Elementary School. Beata was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Guild, and Christian Mothers. She especially enjoyed spending time at the Sunshine Senior Center. Survivors include a daughter Carol Greve of Wakefield, sons Jerome and LeRoy (Sandy) of West Point, sister Alvera (Norman) Sorensen of Bancroft, sister-in-law Walinda Doescher of West Point, grandchildren Kelli (Steve) Neiman, Kris (Max) Brochtrup, Ben (Kelly) Dinslage, Rodney (Jenny) Greve, Steve (Cheryl) Greve and Denise (Greg) Simpson, great grandchildren, Jordin, Macen, Braydin, Carsen, Trystan, Gryphin, Devon, Ian, Zane, Annie, Tucker, Nicole, Max, Jennifer and Jason. She is preceded in death by her husband, May 21, 1969, brothers Arthur, Alfred, Martin, Melvin, and John Doescher, sisters, Laura Krueger, Leona Wiese, and Belinda Dinslage.
