Antoinette Spenner Kampschneider, 82, of Dodge died Friday July 12, 2013 at Parkview Home in Dodge. Funeral Mass will be 10:00am Monday at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church with Antoinette’s son Reverend Daniel Kampschneider as celebrant. Burial will be at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Cemetery. Christian Mothers Rosary with American Legion Auxiliary rites will be 3:00pm Sunday, Wake Service will be 7:00pm Sunday, and visitation will be 2:00-8:00pm Sunday, all at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church. Memorials may be made to St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church or Catholic Charities. Antoinette Caroline Spenner was born May 4, 1931 in West Point to John and Frances (Stalp) Spenner. She graduated from Guardian Angels High School in 1948, then went to work at the ASC office in West Point. On July 24, 1951, Antoinette married Robert Kampschneider at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Toni was an active farm wife. The couple farmed at Dodge until 1953, moved to West Point until 1956, then back to Dodge until they retired in 1993. Toni was a member of St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, Christian Mothers, American Legion Auxiliary, and Goldenrod Extension Club. She was devoted to her family and enjoyed caring for them. Survivors include Antoinette’s husband Robert of Dodge; sons Reverend Daniel Kampschneider, David (Mary Jo) Kampschneider, Glen (Renee) Kampschneider, and Gary Kampschneider, all of Omaha; brothers Norbert (Beverly) Spenner of Westminster, CO and Gerald (Barbara) Spenner of Longmont, CO; sisters Rita (Joe) Gross of Longmont, CO and Janice Spenner of Denver, CO; brother-in-law Vern (Nancy) Ealey of Loveland, CO; and grandchildren Katie, Jake, Cody, Leah, Kayla, and Ashlyn Kampschneider. Antoinette was preceded in death by her parents John and Frances Spenner; and sister Kathy Ealey. Stokely Funeral Home of Dodge in charge of arrangements.
