Marcella “Sally” Lubker, 78, of West Point died Sunday September 26, 2010 in Fremont. Funeral Mass will be 10:30 am. Wednesday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Reverend Gerald Gonderinger as celebrant. Guild Rosary will be 1:30 pm. Tuesday and Wake Services will be 7:00 pm. Tuesday both at Stokely Funeral Home. Visitation will be noon until 8:00 pm. Tuesday at Stokely Funeral Home which is in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association. Body Donation will occur following the services. Sally was born August 15, 1932 on a farm north of West Point to Bernard and Anna Uhing Stalp. She attended Guardian Angels Catholic School, graduating with the class of 1950. Sally then attended College of St. Mary’s in Omaha. Sally married Leon Lubker and moved to Colorado. The couple later divorced and Sally returned to West Point. In 1974 she was appointed Deputy Clerk of the County Court and later advanced to Clerk Magistrate, retiring in the late 1990’s. Sally was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and Guild. Survivors include her children; Ann (Chuck) Brockman of Beatrice, Susan (Greg) Cleveland of Memifee, CA, Joel (Dawn) Lubker of Arvada, Pamela (Randy) Rau of Elizabeth, CO and Jeffrey (Donna) Lubker of Parker, CO, 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, sisters Carol Revel of San Rafael, CA, Mary Ann Kelly of Roswel, NM and Lucille Miller of Fort Worth, TX, brothers Henry and Ben Stalp of WestPoint, and sister-in-law Illa Stalp of West Point. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Robert Stalp and sister Dolores Stalp.
