Dear Kris and family, I have such fond memories of Dorothy from all the years I did her hair. She always called me "kid!" She was such a sweet and joyful lady. She sure loved her family and we always had so much to visit about. I'm so sorry for your loss and I pray that Dorothy rests in peace!

dear Kris & Tim and all the family, I’m so sorry to hear this news. I’m especially sorry this sad time comes when I can’t come & hug u each. Dorothy was such a wonderful person and faithful fixture in my life, and my families lives. I have wonderful memories of he entire Eggers family, and I look forward to being able to see Dorothy and so many faithful ones in the future! Remember Jesus words at John 11:11......our friend has fallen asleep but I am traveling there to awaken him! It’s really just around the corner. Virtual hugs until I see you in person . Much love to u all.

Dear Tim and Kris and all remembering Dorothy, I have so many fond memories of growing up across the street and spending countless hours playing with you Tim, and being around Dorothy. I remember how she would 'hire' me to clean for 'two-bits.' It was a very special time when you, Kris, joined the family. I remember the joy and excitement very clearly. May memories of Dorothy and her beautiful joy and laughter fill you with peace. Marcia

Pete and Dorothy were like a 3rd pair of grandparents to me. I've known them as far back as I can remember, and I don't think I would be the same person without the impact both of them had on my life. So many good memories, and such faithful examples. I certainly look forward to seeing them both again on a paradise earth when all is new... no more tears and pain. (Rev 21:3-5) Draw close to your spiritual family and to Jehovah the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials. (2 Cor 1:3,4) Even Jesus was moved to tears at the death of his friend, Lazarus. (John 11:35) Like him, we mourn this loss along with the Eggers family and friends. We will miss her so much! But, it's comforting to know that Jehovah and his Son loved her too, and they both long to bring Dorothy back to life again. (Job 14:14,15) We know it won't be long now... it's just around the corner.

Chris and family, Our hearts are heavy with sadness to hear of Dorothy’s passing away. She was a very special friend to our mother. We have wonderful memories of spending time with the Eggers family.. assemblies, Bible discussions, bonfires at Dead Timber....good times! We look forward to the day when we can share good times again! With Love and Sympathy! Mike & Vicki Werner
