I did some rural electric committee work with Cecil in the 1990s and was able to get to know him pretty well. He was a very competent leader and a good person. I really felt he was Cuming County PPD. He will be missed by many. The family certainly has my sympathy. Jim Dietz

LaVonne and family, We are so sorry for your loss. Cecil was a quiet, steady, dedicated and deliberate man who served in all that he did. We enjoyed our association with you, and cherish the bond of faith. May the Lord bless and keep you with comfort and peace, smile on you with continued Grace, and surround you with the love that endures. Pastor Dennis and Katherine Maaske

Uncle Cecil was my Mother’s youngest brother. He was interested in family history and gardens of flowers. I will miss him our last connection to my Mom’s family.
