Larry "Frosty" Furstenau
Jeanette Groppe
Scribner NE
I just now saw this obituary and I am so sorry that I was not there today. Frosty was an important part of the lives of my children and for many children at Scribner. He made music so much fun and they thoroughly enjoyed him. I loved visiting with him whenever I saw him. Rest in peace, Frosty.

Our sincere sympathy to you all. We were very good friends when Frosty taught here in Scribner. He was a member of the bowling team along with my husband, father-in-law, and my dad. Boy did they have some good times! Sad to say we didn't keep in touch. Our prayers to you all.

We are sorry to see this. Frosty taught our kids in Scribner and there was none better. He had such a way of getting the kids to enjoy music and how to get them to preform. Thanks Frosty for all you did for so many.

RIP Frosty. I will always cherish our time together at West Point Jr. Sr. High School. You were the best band instructor that I ever worked with during my 43 year career as a principal. You will be missed!
